About Us

Building high-integrity nature-based carbon projects through sovereign alignment,

landowner partnership, independent technical standards and professional market access.

BRM Carbon Solutions is a Singapore-headquartered carbon project acquisition,

development and commercialization company with operating capability in Papua New Guinea.

OUR STORY

From Project Development to Commercial Carbon Assets

BRM Carbon Solutions Pte Ltd (BRM) was established to take nature-based carbon projects beyond early research and project formation and into the structured commercial pathway required for sovereign approval, technical validation, registry readiness, issuance and market delivery.

The company's model brings together project rights, customary-landowner relationships, forest conservation, technical measurement, regulatory engagement and commercial capability.

This allows BRM to concentrate on converting developed opportunities into credible, traceable carbon assets capable of meeting the expectations of professional buyers and institutional markets. Our story is therefore not simply about producing carbon credits. It is about creating a long-term operating structure in which forests remain protected, customary landowners participate in project outcomes, sovereign requirements are respected and carbon assets can be measured, verified, traced and commercialized responsibly.

THE MSR → BRM DEVELOPMENT MODEL

Research & Development → Acquisition → Commercialization

MainStreet Renewables Pte Ltd (MSR) operates as the research and development source of BRM's carbon-project pipeline. MSR identifies opportunities, undertakes early research and project development, and prepares projects for transfer at the agreed development stage.

BRM Carbon Solutions then acquires the project rights and assumes responsibility for advancing the project through the commercial carbon pathway, including regulatory engagement, technical documentation, independent validation and verification, registry processes, issuance and market commercialization.

BRM has received its first four projects under a scheduled program intended to deliver 12 major carbon credit producing projects by the end of 2027.

WHAT WE DO

Turning Developed Projects into Commercial Carbon Assets

PROJECT ACQUISITION

Acquire developed Papua New Guinea based carbon-project opportunities and associated project rights from the R&D/project-development pipeline.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Progress required technical documentation, education and tenure, FPIC, sovereign engagement, methodology, measurement and project readiness.

ISSUANCE PATHWAY

Coordinate the validation, verification and registry processes required before eligible carbon units can be lawfully issued and serialized.

COMMERCIALIZATION

Connect eligible carbon assets with corporate buyers, into forward sale structures, professional carbon markets and other permitted channels.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA OPERATIONS

Operating Where Forests, Landowners and Climate Action Meet

Papua New Guinea is BRM's principal operating market and contains globally significant tropical forest landscapes held under complex customary land-tenure systems. Successful carbon-project development therefore depends on more than technical carbon accounting; it requires lawful project structures, genuine landowner engagement, local relationships and long-term field capability.

BRM Carbon Solutions Limited provides the group's Papua New Guinea operating presence and project-proponent capability. Field activities can include landowner engagement, mapping, tenure and project documentation, community consultation, monitoring preparation and coordination with government and technical stakeholders.

The commercial objectives that we have built our business upon is those that produce a practical partnership model: we assist with the protection of high-value forests, respect customary rights, develop local opportunities and establish the evidence and governance required for credible carbon-project outcomes.

A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN

A Message from Our Chairman

Healthy forests, strong communities and real opportunities can create a brighter future for generations to come.

At BRM Carbon Solutions, our purpose is to develop and commercialize high-quality carbon projects that protect forests, respect the people who own and manage the land, and create measurable long-term environmental and economic value.

Papua New Guinea contains some of the world's most important tropical forest landscapes. Working in partnership with customary landowners, government, technical specialists and international market participants gives us the opportunity to conserve those forests while building a credible carbon-project industry around integrity, transparency and traceability.

Our responsibility is to make sure that commercial development does not get ahead of project integrity. Carbon credits must be supported by the required project documentation, independent processes, sovereign approvals and registry systems. That discipline is fundamental to building confidence with communities, buyers, investors and regulators.

I invite those who share that long-term view to learn more about BRM, our carbon projects and the partnerships we are building long into the future.
